Fibre and fabric technologies
We have industry benchmark anti-creasing agents for processing of various substrates. It is necessary to have low fibre to metal friction and optimum fibre to fibre friction during processing. We have specialised our chemistry in this segment to offer high performance products to take care of elastane blends with polyester, viscose, cotton and new fibres such as Lyocell.
For the best dyeing results it is necessary for the substrate to have have a neutral core pH of the substrate post alkali treatment. Our core alkali neutralisers offer a sustainable solution for use on cotton, polyester, polyamide and their associated blends.
De-aerators are used in package processing for the removal of entrapped air from tight packages resulting in even results throughout. Our products ensures rapid removal of entrapped air and result in uniform dyeing.
Dye bath conditioners are used to control the hardness of the dye bath in order to achieve better dye yield and minimise dye agglomeration. Our dye bath conditioners work on an optimum combination of protective colloid, chelating and dispersing principles resulting in uniform and level dyeing.
We have a range of levelling and dispersing agents for various substrates and classes of dyes based on migration and retarding principles.
Accelerates diffusion of disperse dyes into polyester and ensures optimum colour yield during high temperature loop steaming as well as HT pressure ageing.
We have mild oxidising agents that act as a safeguard against the reduction of dyes in acidic and alkaline print pastes and in closed dyeing systems where reduction conditions may occur.
