The range offers a broad portfolio of high performance monomeric and polymeric emulsifiers that work effectively in the harsh mining conditions experienced today. Our data demonstrates that by using our high performance emulsifiers in difficult conditions such as in emulsion explosives using varying ammonium nitrate qualities or recycled oil, you can still achieve highly stable bulk and/or cartridge emulsions.

The emulsifiers we recommend for use with recycled oils help to prevent the handling problems associated with destabilisation and increased viscosity emulsions that are often experienced when using recycled oils.
Increasingly our customers are looking for cost efficient alternatives and the use of various quality ammonium nitrates is one way to help reduce costs. With our emulsifiers you can still achieve stable emulsions even with the greater presence of impurities found in these lower quality ammonium nitrates.
Gassing an emulsion is the process of sensitising the emulsion for detonation. These emulsifiers are recommended for high velocity of gassing and high emulsion stability after gassing.
